County Executive David R. Craig, along with the Office of Economic Development, has hosted open government initiatives regarding BRAC implementation in the form of Town Hall meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to relay information to and answer questions from Harford County citizens. These meetings will continue on a limited basis until the BRAC implementation process is complete.
