Business Appreciation Week was held September 21st through September 25, 2009. Each day of the week, County Executive, David Craig, Jim Richardson, Director of Economic Development, local elected officials and representatives of the Office of Economic Development spent time with a variety of businesses spanning diverse industry sectors. Thirty companies in all were recognized for their hard work, tenacity and success. Large and small businesses alike were honored for their significant economic impact in the county, most notably employing hundreds of Harford County citizens.
