On behalf of the citizens of Harford County, I welcome you to our beautiful county. My wife, Melinda, and I have resided in Harford County all our lives and we can think of no better place for our three children and seven grandchildren to grow up. You will find that Harford County has a lot to offer through our Parks and Recreation programs, our progressive school system, and our cooperative partnerships with the technical and commercial communities.

Harford County is proud to boast about its scenic shores in the east along the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay, as well as its vibrant agricultural heritage in our rolling hills to the north. When it comes to play and leisure time Harford County offers a minor league baseball team at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen and restaurants, shopping, museums, and historical sites in Bel Air and Havre de Grace.
