The Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) implementation has been realized as of September 15, 2011. Thank you to the countless organizations and partnerships, both civilian and military, which have made this transition so successful. We welcome our new neighbors to the community and thank the citizens and businesses of Harford County for their hospitality. Throughout this long process, the mission has always been the same – Focusing on and Saluting the Warfighter!
